VN to host 3rd International Rice Congress

VNGOP – Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm on August 27 agreed that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will host the week-long 3rd International Rice Congress which is scheduled in September or October 2010 in Hà Nội.
