VN to attend Mekong-Lancang Foreign Ministerial Meeting in Laos

VGP – Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh will attend the 4th Foreign Ministers’ Meeting on Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) and pay an official visit to Laos from December 16-19 at the invitation of Lao FM Saleumxay Kommasith.
