VN, Russia to convene 18th meeting of Intergovernmental Commission

VGP – The 18th meeting of the Viet Nam- Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic - Trade and Scientific - Technical Cooperation will take place in Ha Noi on November 25, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Friday.
