VN, RoK exchange congratulatory messages

VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc and the Republic of Korea’s Acting President cum PM Hwang Kyo Ahn on January 4 exchanged greetings on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of Viet Nam-RoK diplomatic ties (December 22, 1992).
