VN ratifies the agreement with Angola

VNGOP - PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng, on April 29, ratified Framework Agreement for cooperation in economy, science, technology and culture signed between the Socialist Republic of Việt Nam and the Republic of Angola in Luanda on April 3 2008.
