VN ratifies letter of guarantee for foreign loans

VNGOP- The PM on April 21 passed a letter of guarantee and assigned the Ministry of Finance, on behalf of the Government, to ink the Framework Contract between the Việt Nam Development Bank (VDB) and the Germany KfW Bankengruppe.

The PM ordered the Ministry of Justice to provide legal recommendations on the lending contract, borrower, letter of guarantee, and warrantor.
