VN promotes connection of National Single Window with Malaysia

VGP – Viet Nam will connect the National Single Window (NSW) mechanism with Malaysia, which is the first member of ASEAN.

According to the direction of the National Steering Committee for ASEAN Single Window (ASW) and NSW, the Viet Nam Customs is actively coordinating the Malaysian side to connect the NSW mechanism between the two nations in processing customs documents.

The two nations are carrying out activities in administrative procedures, and completing and standardizing their information technology foundations to connect the NSW from now till the end of this year.

Malaysia has do far launched NSW at 23 harbors, 166 customs stations with the participation of 30 management agencies and eight domestic banks.
