VN, Laos special ties unceasingly reinforced

VGP- PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and Lao National Assembly Chairwoman Pany Yathotu have agreed that the two countries should continue to foster their comprehensive cooperation in various spheres, while unceasingly reinforcing their bilateral traditional friendship and special relations.

On August 25, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng received the Ms. Pany Yathotu who is leading a Lao high-ranking delegation to Việt Nam. The PM said her visit will help strengthen the traditional friendship and special solidarity between Việt Nam and Laos.

Việt Nam and Laos are carrying out cooperative activities in all fields and gaining many positive results, bringing about practical benefits for the two countries’ co-development, the PM said.

Ms. Pany Yathotu stated that the bilateral cooperation has recently progressed strongly in all spheres, especially in economy, trade and investment. She said Việt Nam and Laos should beef up exchanges of delegations, especially high-ranking ones for  their closer friendship and increased special cooperation.
