VN, Laos cooperate in justice

The Deputy PM highly valued cooperation between the two Ministries of Justice in terms of law making and enforcement and training as well as accelerated connection between the two sides’ localities.

He said high-ranking meetings and delegation exchanges should be viewed as an effective method to deal with legal issues between the two sides' people and organizations.

The Deputy PM expected that in the future, the two ministries will strengthen delegation exchanges and closely work to deal with issues of mutual concerns and contribute to promoting the relationship between the two countries.

Minister Bounkeut Sangsomsak briefed his host of the outcomes of his talks with Vietnamese Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong, adding that the two sides signed a cooperative agreement in the 2016-2020 phase.

The Lao Government and Ministry of Justice will do their utmost to enhance the cooperation with Viet Nam in justice.
