According to Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Lương Lê Phương, each training course on raising fishes will be designed for 2-3 Egyptian experts and technicians.

The two sides will also exchange students of aquaculture and seafood processing.

Mr. Mohamed Fathy Osman, Head of the Egyptian General Authority for Fish Resources Development, said his country has no experience in selecting varieties and breeding techniques for raising marine creatures.

He expressed his expectation that Egypt can settle this weak-point through the cooperation program with Việt Nam
