VN congratulates US President Obama

VGP - Việt Nam congratulated Mr. Barack Obama and the Americans on the occasion when Mr. Obama swore in as the 44th President of the United States of America.

State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng also sent congratulatory messages to President Obama.
