VN congratulates Japan’s newly-appointed PM

VNGOP – Vietnamese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Lê Dũng on September 25 gave answer to reporters’ questions about Việt Nam’s response to the appointment of Mr. Yasuo Fukuda as the Prime Minister of Japan.

"We convey our congratulation to Mr. Yasuo Fukuda who just became Japan’s PM,” said Mr. Lê Dũng.

The Spokesman also expressed his confidence that, under the leadership of PM Fukuda, Japan will further develop and the friendship and multifaceted cooperation for a strategic partnership between Việt Nam and Japan will be promoted for the sake of interests, peace, stability and development of the two countries, the region and the world.
