VN condoles with President Elsin's family and Russian people

Vietnam Foreign Ministry Spokesman Lê Dũng said on April 24 when answering journalists' questions about Vietnam's response to the death of former Russian President Boris Elsin.

"Vietnam highly appreciated President Boris Elsin's contributions to the restoration and development of traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Russia," the Spokesman said.
