VN, China sign packs on preferential credits and veterinary cooperation and animal quarantine

VNGOP – The PM has just agreed to approve a framework borrow agreement on preferential credits between the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance and the Chinese Import-Export Bank; and another agreement between the Vietnamese and Chinese Governments on cooperation in veterinary and animal quarantine.

Accordingly, the PM empowered leaders the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to sign these two agreements respectively with the authorized Chinese representatives during the visit to China by State President Nguyễn Minh Triết in May 2007. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was ordred to fulfill related procedures for the signing.
