VN calls on the resumption of peaceful talks in South Ossetia

VGP – Việt Nam is much worried about armed conflict in South Ossetia, which has killed many common people and peace-keeping soldiers here, Spokesman Lê Dũng said.

The Vietnamese Spokesman made the statement on August 09 while answering reporters’ question about Việt Nam’s response to recently-occurred armed conflict in South Ossetia.

“Việt Nam calls on all related sides to restrain themselves and strictly observe the signed agreements in order to resume peaceful talks on the basis of respect to legitimate interests of all parties concerned,” said Mr. Lê Dũng.
