VN, Belarus ink cooperation treaties in aviation and culture

VNGOP – Vietnamese Ambassador to the Republic of Belarus Vũ Xuân Ninh and Belarusian Minister of Transport signed on December 21 in Minsk an agreement on aviation.

On the same day, Ambassador Vũ Xuân Ninh, acting on behalf of the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, inked with the representative of the Belarusian Ministry of Culture a treaty on cultural and art cooperation.
