VN attends International Military-Technical Forum in Russia

VGP - Deputy Minister of Defense Be Xuan Truong and a high-ranking delegation attended the International Military-Technical Forum (ARMY 2018) and the International Forum “Security Week Russia” in Russia from August 19-24.

The visit was made at the invitation of Russian Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu.

Within the framework of the visit, the Vietnamese delegation had working sessions with several partners and attended the opening ceremony of a booth of the Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group.

They joined exhibitions showcasing modern military weapons and technologies and activities presenting the features and operations of weapons and technical equipment on the drill-ground.

The visit has contributed to strengthening Viet Nam-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership.
