Welcoming the Vietnamese Deputy PM, Mr. Robert Kalinak said he expected the visit would promote the two nations’ relationship.

Deputy PM Hue supposed that the potentials between two nations are huge, especially their bridging role for the two sides’ businesses to further cooperate as Slovakia was the largest trade partner of Viet Nam in the East-Central Europe and Viet Nam ranked 14th among the largest trade partners of Slovakia.

The same occasion, Deputy PM Hue suggested the Slovakian Government facilitate the Vietnamese businesses investing in Slovakia and ensuring fair working conditions for legal Vietnamese workers in Slovakia.

They consented to establish specific plans such as investment promotion, business connection and local-to-local exchanges and facilitate the two sides’ businesses to get access to advantageous areas.

The two sides exchanged benefits brought by the EU-Viet Nam Free Trade Agreement and agreed to boost signing and approving the Agreement.
