Vietnamese leaders send greetings on US Independence Day

VNGOP - State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on July 2 sent congratulations to President George W. Bush on the 231st anniversary of the Independence Day (July 4) of the United States of America.
