Vietnamese leaders extend congratulation on Venezuela's National Day

VNGOP – On the 196th anniversary of the National Day of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (July 5, 1811-July 5, 2007), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng sent their greetings to Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez Frías on July 5. National Assembly Chairman Nguyễn Phú Trọng conveyed his congratulation to his Venezuelan counterpart Cilia Flores.
