Vietnamese leaders congratulate India on its national day

VNGOVNet – State President Nguyễn Minh Triết, on January 25, sent a congratulatory message to President of the Republic of India A. P. J. Abdul Kalam on the 57th anniversary of the country’s national day (January 26, 1950–January 26, 2007).
