Viet Nam-China Friendship Palace inaugurated

VGP - Chinese Party General Secretary and President Xi Jinping and Vietnamese National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan attended the inauguration ceremony of the Viet Nam-China Friendship Palace.

The event was part of the State visit of the Chinese guest to Viet Nam.

The project precincts spreading 3.3 hectares. The palace has a total area of 14,000 meter squares and locates at No. 188, Le Quang Dao Street, Nam Tu Liem District in Ha Noi. It is a signature China-sponsored project in Viet Nam.

Visiting Chinese President Xi Jinping presented a "golden key" to Chairwoman Ngan after they watched a video introducing the palace.

On this occasion, the two leaders also inaugurated the China culture center in Ha Noi which will operate in the Palace./.
