Vice State President congratulates new Japanese emperor

Vice State President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh is writting in the book of congratulations on the occasion of the enthronement of Emperor Naruhito, Ha Noi, May 6, 2019

On behalf of the Vietnamese state and people, the Vice State President congratulated Japan’s new emperor, imperial family, and people. 

She noted the belief that Japanese people will attain further national construction achievements in the Reiwa era.

Ms. Thinh wrote that Viet Nam treasures and wants to develop its extensive strategic partnership with Japan for the interest of the two peoples as well as for peace, cooperation and development in the region and in the world./.
