Ukraine congratulated on Independence Day

VNGOP – On the anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Ukraine (August 24, 1991-August 24, 2007), State President Nguyễn Minh Triết sent a message of congratulation to his Ukrainian counterpart Victor Yushchenko.
