Two new universities founded in Hà Nội and Hòa Bình

VNGOP – According to a document released by the Government Office on February 29, the PM agreed with the establishment of the Apollo University Hà Nội as proposed by the Hà Nội People’s Committee.

Earlier, on February 28, the PM signed Decision 244/QĐ-TTg to allow the founding of the private Hòa Bình University in northern Hòa Bình Province.
