State President sends condolences to Ukraine

VNGOP – Knowing the house gas blast leading to 18 deaths and many injured in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, State President Nguyễn Minh Triết sent a message of condolences on October 19 to President Victor Yushchenco to express his sympathy for the victims.
