State President conveys sympathy over earthquakes in Iran, Iraq

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang on November 14 cabled a message of condolences to Iranian President Hassan Rouhaniand Iraqi President Muhammed Fuad Masum over the earthquakes on November 12.

At least 452 people were killed and thousands injured after a powerful earthquake struck near the border of Iran and Iraq late Sunday, according to the CNN.
