State President congratulates Qatar’s National Day

VNGOP – On the 36th anniversary of the National Day of the State of Qatar, State President Nguyễn Minh Triết sent a message of congratulation on December 17 to Qatari Emir Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani.
