State President and PM receive congratulations

VNGOP – Czech President Vaclav Klaus, President of the European Union José Manuel Barrosso, and Myanmar PM Soe Win have sent their congratulations to State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng who were just elected by the 12th National Assembly as heads of the Vietnamese State and Government.
