RoK President welcomes 15th anniversary of diplomatic tie with VN

VNGOP – President of the Republic of Korea Roh Moo Hyun on December 22 sent a message of congratulations to State President Nguyễn Minh Triết on the 15th anniversary of the diplomatic ties establishment between Việt Nam and the RoK (December 22, 1992-December 22, 2007).
