Rice relief for Thanh Hoa
VGP – Deputy PM Vuong Dinh Hue has signed a Decision to provide rice relief from the nation reserves for the north central province of Thanh Hoa.

The Deputy PM assigned the Ministry of Finance to supply 328.740 tons of rice for local people suffered from heavy rains and floods in Thanh Hoa Province.
The heavy rains and floods in October caused serious human and property damage for provinces in the North and Central North, including Thanh Hoa Province.
According to the statistics, 16 died, five injuries and five remained missing in the province. As many as 55 houses were collapsed; 172 houses were partially destroyed; 28,146 houses were flooded.
The flood caused an estimated economic damage of VND2,700 billion.
