Ratifying draft agreement on preferential credit loan for railway project

VNGOP – Standing Deputy PM Nguyễn Sinh Hùng agreed to ratify the draft framework agreement on preferential credit loans for the “Hà Nội-Hà Đông Railway Project” between the Governments of Việt Nam and China.

Accordingly, the Chinese Government will grant Việt Nam a preferential credit loan of RMB 1,200 million to finance the project.

The Deputy PM assigned leaders of the Ministry of Planning and Investment to sign this Agreement with Chinese representatives.
