Program on ODA corresponding capital passed

The program aims to support 48 localities which are dealing with capital shortage to speed up disbursement of ODA projects (about VND 54 trillion) by 2020.

The program targets to supply about VND 6,976 billion of corresponding capital to accomplish 300 transitional projects in the 2011-2015 period to the 2016-2020 period.

Around VND 3,024 billion of corresponding capital will be disbursed in the 2016-2020 period.

The program will get VND 10 trillion from the central budget./.
