Prime Minister agrees to borrow from French AFD

VNGOVNet – On the proposal of the Ministry of Finance, PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng approved on February 6 three agreements to borrow from the French Development Agency (AFD) for three projects: controlling flood in the lower basin of Sài Gòn River, building a pilot inner-city railway in Hanoi, link between Nhổn and Hanoi Railway Station, and upgrading Yên Viên-Lào Cai Rail Link.
