President congratulates new Chairperson of African Union

VGP – State President Tran Dai Quang sent a congratulatory message on February 8 to President of the Republic of Guinea Alpha Conde on his election as the new Chairperson of the African Union.

President of the Republic of Guinea Alpha Condewas elected to the position at the union’s 28th Ordinary Session in Ethiopia on January 30.
