Accordingly, the PM assigned the MST and the MT to promptly and effectively implement the technical assistance programs enjoying Japanese non-refundable grants so as to update and complete the master plan on the Hòa Lạc Hi-tech Park and the Strategy on Transport Development in Vietnam.

The MPI is responsible for regulating Vietnam’s activities in working with the Japanese partners on the following three projects: the Hòa Lạc Hi-tech Park, the constructions of the trans-Vietnam highway and the trans-Vietnam express railroad.

The MPI, MST, MT, and MoFA are supposed to continue working with the Japanese Government to accelerate the implementation of the three above-mentioned projects, as well as coordinate with the related Japanese agencies to ensure the schedule.
