PM receives out-going South African Ambassador

The two countries share the traditional relationship which has been built with good sentiments between the two peoples over the past struggles for national independence and the current causes of development, said the Government chief.

He urged the two countries to double efforts to further raise the two-way trade volume in the coming years through facilitating trade promotion activities.

Ambassador Kgomotso Ruth Magau extended thanks for Viet Nam’s support and assistance to South Africa in the past and at present.

The diplomat noted that the relations between the two countries have advanced comprehensively in various fields, affirming that South Africa will continue boosting cooperation with Viet Nam, especially in agriculture, tourism, culture and people to people exchanges.
