The ODA will help Việt Nam to focus on developing bilateral economic cooperation and partnership as well as poverty reduction, he said.

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng hailed fine advancements of the relationship between the two countries, especially since State President Nguyễn Minh Triết’s recent visit to Switzerland, during which the two sides reached a number of cooperation agreements.

The Government chief hoped the bilateral relations would be further enhanced and consolidated, focusing on such fields of economy, trade, investment and human resource training.

Việt Nam always places importance on spending ODA resources effectively on socio-economic development, confirmed PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng.
