PM Phuc begins first official visit to Singapore

VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his Spouse arrived in Singapore this afternoon, beginning three-day official visit to Singapore at the invitation of Singaporean counterpart Lee Hsieen Loong.

During the visit, PM Phuc is expected to hold talks with PM Lee, meet with President Halimah Yacob, and attend the Viet Nam-Singapore Business Forum before joining with other leaders of ASEAN member State at the 32^nd ASEAN Summit.

Viet Nam and Singapore established diplomatic ties on August 1, 1973 and both countries elevated the relationship to strategic partnership in September 2013./.
