PM okays VN-Greece Aviation Transport Agreement

The Government chief asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to complete the diplomatic procedures so that the agreement can come into force soon.

The agreement was signed on June 22, 2009 in Athens, Greece by Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Transport Phạm Quý Tiêu and Greek Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Networks Evripidis Stylianidis.

According to Mr. Tiêu, the signing of the document will create a legal and technical framework for the establishment of direct flights between Việt Nam and Greece, and help bolster the bilateral economic and cultural exchanges in the future.
