PM okays to found Phạm Ngọc Thạch Medical University in HCMC

VNGOP – The PM made a decision on January 7 to establish the Phạm Ngọc Thạch Medical University by reorganizing the Hồ Chí Minh City Training Center for Medical Practitioners.

The Phạm Ngọc Thạch Medical University will be a tertiary training establishment under the administration of the Hồ Chí Minh City People’s Committee and the State management of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The university is a non-productive entity with its own legal status and headquarters located in Hồ Chí Minh City.
