PM okays Protocol 3 within GMS

VNGOP – The PM approved on March 13 Protocol 3 titled "Frequency, transport volume, licensing and quota" inked in Beijing on March 20, 2007, under the Agreement between the Governments of Cambodia, China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Việt Nam on facilitating the cross-border movement of cargo and people (Greater Mekong Subregion Agreement-GMS).
