PM okays 2 UNDP-financed projects

VNGOP – According to a document issued on March 20 by the Government Office, the PM had approved two projects funded by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

The two projects, "Supporting administrative reforms in Hồ Chí Minh City in 2008-2011" and "Capacity increasing in drafting and realizing ethnic affairs policies," are granted by UNDP with US $3.317 million and US $1.711 million (including a 7-seat Land Cruiser).

The PM entrusted the Hồ Chí Minh City People’s Committee and the Committee for Ethnic Affairs to draft, approve, sign and realize the annual working programs (AWP) for the projects in line with the Overall Plan on the cooperation between the Vietnamese Government and the UN agencies.
