PM gives opinions on taking over foreign-funded projects
VNGOP - The PM on May 7 allowed the Đồng Nai Province People's Committee to receive the project "Enhancing the training capacity in garment and automobile industries of the Đồng Nai Technical Workers School (now Đồng Nai Vocational College)" worth of €701,850.
The project is co-sponsored by France's Regional Council of Rhon-Alpes and the Association for Industrial Jobs Training (AFPI).
On the same day, the PM ratified the Portfolio "Capacity increasing for the Việt Nam Software Association" granted with a non-refundable aid of DKK 4,869,759 by the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark.
The PM also gave permissions to the Hồ Chí Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry; universities in the southern provinces of An Giang, Cần Thơ; Huế University of Agriculture and Forestry; and the National Institute of Animal Husbandry to take part in the cooperation program on sustainable agriculture research in the lower section of the Mekong Delta, stage 2008-2011. The project is provided with a non-refundable aid of SKK 5.99 million from Sweden.
