PM extends condolences to Chinese flood victims

VNGOP- Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on June 22 extended a message of condolences to his Chinese counterpart Wen Jiabao over the aftermaths caused by recent floods in southern provinces of China.

The floods claimed serious losses in human lives and property, affecting the life and production of millions of people in Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong and Guangxi provinces.

In the message, PM Dung expressed his hope that the people in the flood-stricken provinces, under the leadership of the Chinese Party and Government, would soon overcome the aftermaths and return to the normal life.

Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem also extended his condolences to Chinese FM Yang Jiechi./.
