The Government chief assigned the Governor of the State Bank of Việt Nam (SBV) to sign the above agreement.

PM Dũng urged the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice and SBV to quickly complete legal procedures so that the agreement would be inked soon and put into reality.

Earlier on September 9, PM Dũng decided that the US $500 million loan is under the ADB’s Countercyclical Support Facility (CSF), established in June to help developing members to counter the effects of the global downturn.
