PM congratulates Russian counterpart

In his message, the Vietnamese PM expressed his confidence that, with the joint efforts of the two governments and peoples, all high-level agreements made before and during his official visit to Russia in mid-September 2007 will be put into reality to make the bilateral strategic partnership effective, in line with the two countries’ interests and aspiration.
