PM congratulates new Mongolian counterpart

VNGOP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng sent a congratulatory message on November 28 to Mr. S. Bayar, Chairman of the Mongolian Revolutionary People’s Party, who was just appointed the PM of Mongolia.
