PM congratulates new Latvian counterpart

VNGOP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng sent a congratulatory message yesterday, December 25, to Mr. Ivars Godmanis upon the latter’s election as the PM of the Republic of Latvia.

On the same day, Deputy PM, FM Phạm Gia Khiêm extended his congratulations to Mr. Maris Riekstins who was appointed as the Latvian FM.
