The MoT was entrusted to inform the relevant ministries and agencies about assignments mentioned in the two protocols. The Ministry will also provide additional instructions to the realization of the commitment package on product specific requirements (PSRs).

The MoT must early issue the roadmap to cut and get rid of tariffs; include the revisions in the two protocols into domestic legal documents and publish instructive documents for the execution of the FACEC starting in 2007.

The PM assigned the inter-ministerial working team in charge of ASEAN cooperation with non-member partners to supervise and negotiate with ASEAN and China in order to deal with issues relating to the realization of these two protocols.
